Join Rising Tide Karate
The mall also has a karate dojo that can help your whole family with their fitness goals in 2024. Rising Tide Karate have both adult and kids martial arts, as well as adult Tai Chi. The owners are a husband-and-wife team who are kind and passionate about helping our community. Kids will not only get in shape but learn self-respect while respecting others. They offer a free evaluation lesson so you can see if karate is right is for you. There is no time like now to start.
Free Zumba Gold Classes in Olympia
Did you know the Capital Mall offers free Zumba Gold Classes? Every Monday before the mall opens from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Get fit, meet some new people and have fun dancing to Latin and other international music. No experience is necessary, a Zumba instructor leads the class and can help you with the moves.
