Here Are Some of the Therapy Groups Available
Grief and Loss
Coping with profound loss can be overwhelming, whether it’s the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or even a cherished lifestyle. This group meets every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to noon, providing a safe space to process and heal.
Anger Management for Men and Women
Anger is a natural emotion, but expressing it in unhealthy ways can have negative consequences. These gender-specific groups use an evidence-based curriculum to teach participants how to manage their anger constructively. Women’s sessions are Thursdays from 1 p.m.-3 p.m., while men’s sessions follow from 3 p.m.-5 p.m.
Seeking Safety
For those who have faced trauma and are coping with its aftermath in unhealthy ways, this group offers evidence-based support. Meetings are held on Mondays from 10 a.m. to noon, providing tools and techniques for recovery.
Senior Mental Health
Anxiety and depression can affect individuals at any age. This group, dedicated to those 55 and older, meets on Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to noon, offering a pathway to mental wellness in later life.
Growing Hope
